Education is an instrument that originates discipline and virtues in human beings.
And teaching is known to be one of the noblest professions all over the World.
She started her teaching career from Sophia Higher Secondary School, Ajmer, a school
that happens to be the oldest amongst Convents. Though it was for a very short stint,
the experience gathered at Sophia has been a stepping stone for her in the field
of Education. Sophia School propagated her into being a full-time Educationist.
The second fortune that came her way was to be appointed as a senior teacher in
Mayoor School, Ajmer, a day boarding unit of the famous Mayo College, Ajmer. Mayo
College needs no mention of its eminence. It is rather difficult to qualify the
rigorous test to undergo scrutiny of the Mayo College General Council, Ajmer. She
managed the test successfully and with honours. She worked in the school for 21
long years, during which she performed in various capacities of Coordinator, Research
teacher, Exhibitions in charge, CBSE Examiner and many more…
She did her Senior Cambridge from St. Francic Convent Jhansi and her B.Sc. from
Kanpur University in Bio-Chemistry. Then she did her B.Ed. from Regional College
of Education, Ajmer, in double 1st class. She was the most prominent student in
the College. Her Education did not end there….. she did post graduation in History
and Sociology. She also did her Post Graduation in Education as well.
Mayoor School saw the end of her being a Teacher as a designation, though she has
never stopped being a teacher till now. She graduated to the post of Principal of
Global Public School, Kota. The school runs under the aegis of the Career Point
Institution that imparts education to aspiring Doctors and IITians. While at Global,
she started Global Kids, for the tiny tots. It received immense response.
She moved on to St. Xaviers as Principal of a residential school having a large
student base.
She was heading Aadharshila Vidyapeeth as Principal before joining CBS PV. It’s
a Premier Public School in North Delhi where she did exemplary work in the field
of Education and co-curricular activities. To name some:
- Hosted CBSE North Zone Programmes
- Conducted various Delhi State Sports Activities, students
having won Gold medal in Judo and 1st prize in Zonal Dance & Declamation Zone XI
of Delhi Directorate.
- Conducted CBSE North Zone 1 Judo Cluster and won National level
prizes.
- Worked as Centre Head for various Olympiads e.g. Science, Maths,
Cyber and General Knowledge. Students won several prizes in Delhi Zone and acclaimed
positions at National level.
- Conducted Cross-Country and Inter School Programmes.
- Conducted Workshops of Eco Club, Life Skill Robotic Club, Dramatics
and Declamation.
- Zonal Programmes of Delhi Directorate and won Best
Hosting School Trophy.
- 100% Result in Board Examinations.
- Hosted GKI Inter School and Delhi State Table Tennis Ranking
Tournament 2009.

- We are proud to say that School Principal Mrs. Sangeeta Saxena has been awarded with the prestigious ‘Indian Achievers Award’ for ‘Education Excellence’ by All India Achievers Foundation at a function held on 6th August 2011 at New Delhi.
